Edwin Emslie

We were sad to hear of the death of Edwin Emslie, on June 29, 2006, in Saskatoon, of cancer. Edwin danced with the Saskatoon group during the 1980s and enjoyed weekend workshops in Fort San and Banff. He played fiddle and guitar with the folk group 'Clan' from 1983 to 1992. It was Edwin's wish that he die in peace in his own home. His dear friend Patricia, along with a team of friends, helped him to achieve that wish. Friends gathered at his home on the evening of Wednesday, July 12th, for a time of music and remembrance.
